Seoul, Hong Kong, and Ho Chi Minh City 2010
The pictures below are from my 1–17 October 2010 vacation in Seoul, Hong Kong, and Ho Chi Minh City. These three cities are my favorite places in the world, and this year I decided to visit them all during one trip. Having been to each several times since 1990, I didn’t snap many photographs, but, as always, it was a supreme pleasure spending time in Korea, “China,” and Vietnam. An uncanny number of locals in HCMC remembered me, street people and salespeople in the shops and galleries, and their warm, glowing faces and infectious smiles welcomed me as if I were a relative returning home after a two-year absence.
